All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please inspect all products for possible damages upon receipt. You'll have 24 hour from your delivery date to request and store credit. Proof of purchase is required and all store credit must be approved. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, only the unopened packaged will be accepted for return and customers are responsible for all return cost. 24-Hour Return Period
Customers have 24 hours to return item for a one time store credit. All products must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included.
No Returns or Exchanges
Sale items, gift cards, delivery fees, or installation fees cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item is eligible for a return, we will provide a return address to ship back the products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
We will email you a return shipping label upon request the cost will be covered by you the customer or you can ship the product directly to ZELDAH via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any company that can provide a return tracking number.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will issue the refund within 4-5 business days as long as it is approved. If ZELDAH provided the return shipping label or scheduled the return shipping logistics, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We carefully inspect all products before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all products for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at zeldahsprettyglamjewerly@gmail.com. Upon return, your product will be inspected and all proper refunds will be issued.
